England U18 are set to play their third and final group-stage fixture at the UEFA Friendship Cup, with Korea Republic providing the opposition this Wednesday, 30 September at 10am in Nyon. The Young Lions have made a perfect start to the tournament with two wins from two, beating Colombia 3-2 before following that up with a 2-1 victory over Egypt. Already guaranteed to finish top of their group and progress to the semi-finals, Will Antwi’s side will now look to round off the group stage with another victory.

The Young Lions looking to finish the group stage in style
Will Antwi still has his 22-man squad at his disposal for this third fixture, with several players having impressed across the opening two matches. Jashayde Greenwood notably scored twice against Colombia, while Michael Mills has found the net in both games, including the winner against Egypt. Ryan Kavuma-McQueen has also made his mark, opening the scoring against the Egyptians after making a strong impact in the opening fixture. With two wins already secured and their place in the last four confirmed, the Young Lions will now look to maintain their perfect record against Korea Republic before their fourth and final game of the tournament on 3 October.
