Elite League U20: England U20’s Starting XI to face Switzerland

By Arthur Le Neel March 24, 2025 2 minutes read

This Monday at 5:00 PM, on one of the many pitches at Marbella’s training center, England U20 will continue their Elite League U20 campaign, a minor international tournament in which the Young Lions are currently leading the standings. After a 1-1 draw against Portugal, Ben Futcher’s squad will face Switzerland as the favorites, but they must be more clinical in front of goal than they were against the Portuguese to end this international break on a high note.

England’s lineup for the match against Switzerland :

It’s an exceptionally talented 25-man squad that Neil Ryan can choose from for this match. Several players have already featured for their club’s senior team this season, including Toby Collyer (Defensive Midfielder – Manchester United) or Oliver Scarles (Left-Back – West Ham United) Additionally, several Championship regulars are part of the squad, as well as an exciting 17-year-old talent, Trey Nyoni (Central Midfielder – Liverpool), who will start today.

England’s starting XI :

Elyh Harrison (Manchester United)
Max Alleyne (Manchester City)
Kaelan Casey (West Ham United)
Kellen Fisher (Norwich City)
Toby Collyer (Manchester United)
James McConnell (Liverpool FC)
Nico O’Reilly (Manchester City)
Jacob Wright (Norwich City, on loan from Manchester City)
Amario Cozier-Duberry (Blackburn Rovers, on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion)
Divin Mubama (Manchester City)
Trey Nyoni (Liverpool FC)

Founder and editor of Britannia Sport, I have, since 2023, chronicled the unfolding story of British sport, with a particular eye for emerging talent and the fortunes of our national teams. With a deep‑rooted passion for football, athletics, rugby and swimming, my understanding of sport has been shaped by the great international competitions, where national achievements take precedence over individual glory. A keen admirer of statistics, I take pleasure in casting light on athletes and disciplines too often overlooked, while offering a broad and exacting coverage of British sport in all its richness.
