England U17 head into their final camp of the season with a very different objective to that of the older age groups. Rather than chasing qualification for Euro 2026, the Young Lions are aiming to secure promotion back to League A for the 2026–27 campaign. Relegated to League B after an underwhelming first round, England have been drawn into a group alongside Israel, the Faroe Islands and hosts Estonia. Only the group winners will be promoted, leaving no room for error despite the absence of direct qualification stakes.

JJ Gabriel included, Michael Mills earns first call-up
Liam Bramley has selected a 22-man squad featuring a blend of familiar faces and emerging talent. Several players return from the September camp, while new additions include Sheffield United goalkeeper Tommy Betts. Manchester City midfielder Karim Cassim also earns his first England call-up, marking an important milestone in his development.
There is further attention on the inclusion of Mahdi Nicoll-Jazuli (Chelsea) and highly rated prospect JJ Gabriel (Manchester United), both born in 2010, as they continue their progression within an older age group setup.
Up front, FC Metz striker Brian Madjo is also included. Born in London but developed in Luxembourg, he has previously represented Luxembourg at youth and senior level. During the September international window, he opted to turn down a call-up from the Luxembourg federation to reflect on his international future, before ultimately committing to England.
Another notable inclusion is Newcastle United forward Michael Mills, who receives his first call-up at this level.
