After a convincing opening victory over Japan followed by a difficult test against Brazil, Matt Thorpe’s side now prepare for their third fixture of the week, taking on the host nation today at 5pm.

Thorpe’s squad is built around a strong core of familiar faces combined with several emerging talents enjoying rapid progress at club level. Highly-rated prospects such as Luis Munoz, Luca Eden and Kobi Akerele continue to form the backbone of the side, while players like Eden Mahoney-Smith and Brian Nyonyi have further enhanced their reputations with impressive performances since the start of the tournament.
