England U17 kick off a three-game friendly series in Dubai today, beginning with a clash against the United States. The match, scheduled for 2:45pm (GMT) at the Shabab Al Ahli Stadium, represents an important step for the Young Lions as they look to bounce back following a disappointing European qualifying campaign.

England U17 begin their Dubai tour this afternoon with a first test against the USA, and all eyes are on head coach Liam Bramley’s starting line-up. Bramley has wasted little time in freshening up his squad after the struggles of the last qualifying round. Several new faces have been handed opportunities — including Lyndon Selgrove (Millwall), Jake Wain (Manchester City), Max Little (Southampton FC), Teddie Lamb (Manchester City) and AJ Yeguo (Liverpool FC), the latter having previously been called up by Poland’s national youth setup.
Up front, Brian Madjo, who netted twice against Sweden, leads the line once more and is expected to pose the main attacking threat for the Young Lions.
